  Open the cover and insert PG needle into the gun

  Close the cover. Withdraw the piston on the left to charge the cannula
• 
  Withdraw the piston on the right to charge the stylet
• 
  When the indicators are green Biocut-M is charged
• 
  Push the shooting botton
• 
  Withdraw the piston on the left to discharge the sample
