  Open the cover and insert BE needle into the gun

  Close the cover. Withdraw the piston on the left to charge the cannula
• 
  Withdraw the piston on the right to charge the stylet
• 
  Push the shooting bottom
• 
  Withdraw the piston on the left to discharge the sample
